Description

A walk that begins in Euston takes in the Bloomsbury Squares and ends in a Temple near Tottenham Court Road

traces the many connections that Camden has with the Indian sub continent. Stan will weave into the statues buildings and plaques part of the story of the sub continent and how India and Pakistan wrestled independence from the British Raj. Not only politicans but gurus poets and philosophers and reformers as well as a great British architect whose work can still be seen in the great cities of the sub continent today.
