An Evening of Reflection, Culture and Community
Join us for the launch of A Book of Jewish Thoughts (2025 Edition) — a live evening of readings, discussion and film celebrating Jewish creativity, resilience and faith.
The launch event will take place on Wednesday 10th December 2025, 7–9 pm at South Hampstead Synagogue. The evening will include will be hosted by Rabbi Shlomo Levin — Senior Rabbi of South Hampstead Synagogue - who will introduce live readings along with a panel discussion on contemporary Jewish values featuring:
- Antony Julius — Lawyer, author and commentator known for his work on free speech, culture and antisemitism.
- Maureen Lipman — Acclaimed actress, writer and cultural commentator
- David Turner — Founder of Ambassadors Against Anti-Semitism and advocate on contemporary Jewish issues
- Leo Pearlman — Film and television producer, co-founder of Fulwell 73, the company behind many global entertainment hits.
- Raphi Zarum — Dean of the London School of Jewish Studies and a leading voice in Jewish education and leadership.
- Nicole Lampert — Journalist and commentator widely recognised for her writing on Jewish identity.
All proceeds support The Jewish Brand’s charitable mission to promote positive voices and creative expressions of Jewish culture — online and beyond.
