We all have health; can the mental and physical be separated?

Our emotional, psychological, and social well-being influences how we think, feel, behave and how we handle stressful conditions, interact with others and make choices.Examining ‘mental health’, Katie will provide useful insights into its meaning for employers, employees and the economy. Can mental health be unique from physical health?

Katie will also explain the mental health spectrum (within which we all exist) and give an outline of where mental health conditions fall within this range.

Finally, Katie will discuss how recognition of and support for mental health conditions can impact on individuals and those around them.
