🫶🏻This day is offered in love to bring to life the richness and depth of cacao, the history, myths, legends and how to prepare sacred ceremonial cacao in presence and being. Demonstrating how you can work with this alchemy and other practices to support you in your daily life.
💖We will enjoy a full healing, nourishing cacao ceremony where you will receive the healing and guidance that is right for you held by Mama Cacao, with gentle breathwork, theta healing, guided meditation, hands on healing, crystal sound bath and time for connection and journaling.
🍰There will be a grounding nourishing lunch and, we will look at the ways you can continue your journey with cacao, talk about different recipes and personal practices to support you going forward including exploring energy self healing practices.
