An inspiring afternoon of celebration, connection, and opportunity awaits as we bring together entrepreneurs and business leaders from across West Oxfordshire and Cherwell Districts.

Over the past year, more than 40 exciting new start-ups and 50 established businesses have benefitted from tailored business support programmes delivered locally. Now, we’re gathering to showcase achievements, share future ambitions, and strengthen the spirit of enterprise across our districts.

This celebratory event will be a unique chance to meet the faces behind West Oxfordshire and Cherwell’s growing business community. From innovative new ventures to experienced enterprises, you’ll hear first-hand stories of resilience, creativity, and growth and connect with people who share your drive and ambition.

The event will also feature contributions from the programme funders, West Oxfordshire District Council and Cherwell District Council, who will outline their ambitions for supporting small business success in the future. In addition, Enterprise Oxfordshire Business will share highlights and key outputs from the programme, reflecting the impact it has had across our region.

Please note: attendance is open only to residents or businesses based in the West Oxfordshire or Cherwell District Council areas.

Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) scheme

The Growth Hub programme operates a Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) scheme. All SMEs which receive support under this programme are being aided under the UK Subsidy Control Act (2022) and The Subsidy Control (Gross Cash Amount and Gross Cash Equivalent) Regulations (2022 No. 1186).

MFA allows a beneficiary to receive up to £315,000 of Subsidy over a three-fiscal year period (i.e. the current and previous two fiscal years). The value of MFA given is the gross cash amount or the gross cash equivalent of the subsidy. The MFA value of this webinar is £1446.80.

At the end of each financial year, we are required to tell you the total amount of support you have received from Enterprise Oxfordshire.
