A Christian Marriage Preparation Course

Co-facilitators, Les & Louise Isaac and Patrick & Rose Medley, have been married for over 40 years and for nearly 30 years respectively. Both couples have a passion for promoting and enabling healthy, lasting marriage relationships.

During the weekend, interwoven with the training, they will share from their own experiences of successes and challenges; making the course dynamic, engaging and reality based with a Christian emphasis.

Elements of the course will encourage couples to consider the cultural backgrounds they each bring to their marriage partnership and how these might impact their life together.

The course will include opportunities for:• Couples exercises• Video material and case studies• Single gender group discussions• Couples reflection and prayer time and more.


Topics include:• Establishing good foundations• Managing conflict• Intimacy in marriage• Cultural intentionality• Marriage phases and much more

Workbooks will be provided.

This is a two day weekend course running from:

Saturday 10th January 2026 from 9:30 to 17:00

Sunday 11th January 2026 from 10:00 to 17:00

Please bring a packed lunch for both days. Drinks and refreshments will be provided.
