As humans, it's natural to want to feel certain about the outcomes we're working toward. But as systems workers, we best serve our clients by not having an answer and letting the answers emerge from within. How do we do this, when uncertainty is a constant variable in the environments in which we work, and when parts of the system adapt to uncertainty in different ways?
In this session, we will explore what is possible when we let go of the need to know, and instead come from a place of curiosity, trust, and presence, in service of an outcome and future that is emerging.
During this interactive evening, using ORSC Tools we will:
- identify our own edges related to our need to know
- gain experience and an awareness of what it is to work in uncertainty, and
- get practice in how we can more confidently support our clients to thrive in the space of "not knowing".
