As we come to the end of 2025, we invite you to pause… to breathe… and to reconnect - with yourself and with others.

On the 28th of December, we’re bringing the community together for a powerful breathwork journey dedicated to raising awareness and funds for mental health and suicide prevention in support of Pieta.

This isn’t just a class. It’s a community breathe. A gathering of people who care - about themselves, and about each other.

Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, you are welcome. The session is fully guided and created for every level.

After the breathwork, there will be time to integrate, chat, connect and meet new people. We encourage everyone to stay - you never know who needs your presence, or who you might need.

As we get ready to step into 2026, let’s take the opportunity to reset, reconnect and remind each other that no one has to go through life alone.
