Jenny Rogers is well-known and well-loved by many coaches as the author of the indispensable books, Coaching Skills and Developing a Coaching Business. She has also written eight other best-selling books and is a leading expert on the use of FIRO-B (the theme for this event) and MBTI. Jenny is highly experienced in executive and career coaching; she is also a coach supervisor and offers a range of bespoke coach training programmes. A professional writer herself, Jenny loves reading non-fiction in her downtime and is an avid watcher of movies. Dr Penny Moyle is a chartered psychologist and was awarded a Prize Research Fellowship at the Department of Experimental Psychology, Oxford University and is passionate about making complex psychological concepts accessible to a wider audience. She has written and presented widely on psychometrics and attributes her personal success in business to the application of psychological tools and techniques in her day-to-day management role.
