About this Event

How well are you adapting to this new working reality we are all facing, and the additional stresses and strains that have accompanied it?

It is unarguable that the past 12 months have brought unprecedented levels of stress to the UK's working population. This period of time has been characterised by a climate of constant uncertainty and monumental change, with businesses and their staff having to pivot quickly, continuously adjusting to the ever evolving landscape and the unpredictable environmental conditions we find ourselves within.

As we now start to plan for the future and make preparations for what this new normal might mean for both our personal and professional lives, it is important to keep in mind what can be done to safeguard ourselves from the effects of negative stress and worry that is likely to emanate from more change. Along with making plans for a return to the office and bracing ourselves for more disruption to our regular routine, it is also important to think about the soft skills and resources we might need to cope with what lies ahead.

For this reason, Dale Carnegie London will be hosting a dedicated webinar that has been specifically designed to examine effective stress, worry and wellbeing management as we build for the future. Join us as we unpack some of the concerns, conflicts and heightened demands that are currently affecting individuals in all sectors, and provide some proven insights and practical tips on how we can create a positive environment that promotes wellbeing both for ourselves and those around us. Over the course of 90 minutes, participants will:

• Identify and understand stressors and key warning signs within ourselves, highlighting when we might be struggling

• Examine the attitudes and behaviours needed to affect more positive outcomes when stress starts to set in

• Explore effective strategies to enable you to manage situations differently and build resilience for the future

• Learn how to implement practical techniques and employ effective stress-management strategies

• Commit to a plan that will break negative patterns, improve our work routine and increase productivity
