A Day in the Life of Us - inspired by stories shared by young people
A new play with songs, and dance, that says both funny and serious things about what it's like being young and living in Wales today.
About this event
A Day in the Life of Us is written by award-winning writer Janys Chambers, from stories shared by young people in a series of workshops held in North and South Wales: true stories; made-up stories; stories about young people’s lives, hopes and dreams; about the challenges of being young and living in Wales today.
Glyn and Sarah are trying to open a new Youth Club. Will anyone come or will they just end up playing their own Board Games?
Everyone seems to be worried about something. Chloe’s worried about her hair, Lila’s worried she’s not as clever Mia, Mason’s worried about his job, Nathan thinks he’s an alien. And as for Molly and Tommy – well, no-one knows what’s going on with Molly; and where is Tommy?
Find out how the story comes to an exciting and touching climax.
A Day in the Life of Us is a Winter of Wellbeing initiative supported by CADW.
