About this event

Welcome to a day of accessible and inclusive Yoga at St Endellion Hall!

Join us on Saturday 30th August 2025 at 9:30 am for a rejuvenating and restorative experience.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this event is open to everyone.

Come as you are and enjoy a peace-filled day surrounded by like-minded folk whilst raising funds for Gentle Yoga Rebellion CIC.

This is a donation based event. Here are some suggestions to help support you and others:

£12.50 (community) - I'm able to afford this rate but would struggle to afford the standard rate

£25.00 (standard) - money ebbs and flows but I can manage this

£40.00 (pay it forward) —I don’t struggle to make ends meet each month

Karma Yoga Option If you are currently in a position that means the £12.50 donation is too much - you are still welcome to join us 🙏

Frequently asked questions

Who is this event for?

Everyone is welcome! All offerings are designed to be accessible and inclusive.

What does accessible and inclusive mean?

The venue is accessible (however please do be aware, we are in a rural location), the day is donation based & the offerings are (whilst keeping within the scope of our skills & training) accessible & trauma-informed. It also means that we want all parts of you to feel really welcome & included :)

Do I need to have done yoga before?

Not at all! This day is open to all - those who are new to Yoga and those with an embedded personal practise.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing you can move in, a yoga mat (if you have one), and an open mind. We’ll have some mats and props available, but feel free to bring anything you need to feel supported. Also please bring lunch - hopefully the sun will be shining and we can eat outside and take in the view :)

Can I attend just part of the day?

We would really love for you to join us for the whole day and have designed the day with that in mind but absolutely - it's up to you!

Is it ok to take rest during the sessions?

Yes, 100%. This day is about honouring your body and needs.

How do I let you know about my access needs?

When you register, there will be a space to note any access needs. You can also email us directly at gentleyogarebellion@icloud.com — we’re happy to talk through anything.
