Overview

Online Mindfulness Meditation Day

Join our first online Manchester Mindfulness Festival event of the New Year!

An inclusive day of mindfulness-based practice with BAMBA-registered teachers, including Christoph Spiessens, Michelle Harris, Nicholas Hammond, Lucy Ranger, and Kalyana Bliss. (Teacher info below.)

Expect a welcoming, compassionate, and neuro-affirming approach to exploring traditional and newer practices.

The day is a mini-retreat, suitable for those with an existing mindfulness practice. Good to know: If you are a mindfulness teacher, our practice day meets BAMBA's Good Practice Guidelines (for contributing towards annual retreat requirements).

Fee: £10 to help us cover basic organisational costs.
Donations: There will be the possibility to make a donation afterwards, which will be shared with the teachers. Thank you.

The ZOOM link will be in your booking confirmation email (and will also be in the reminder email we send closer to the event).

We look forward to welcoming you to our Day of Inclusive Practice!

Nick has trained with the Mindfulness Network, Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and is finishing a Master's in Mindfulness at Bangor University. He runs sessions in the workplace and community and also works with mindfulness and bereavement charities.

Kalyana Bliss is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Kripalu Yoga Teacher, and is completing a Master's in Mindfulness at Bangor University. She offers trauma-sensitive mindfulness, heart-centered practices, and gentle mindful movement, supporting embodied awareness and nervous-system ease.
