About this Event

Join us in the surroundings of our beautiful studio, running along side 80/20 health bar and kitchen Bolton, for a day of positive balance.

10:00 Coffee Break

10:30 Spikey Ball release workshop with Alex

11:00 Pilates with Alex

12 noon Lunch

1pm Hatha Yoga with Alison

2:30 Coffee & Cake

3:00 Self care (Breathing, self massage and meditation) with Leanne

4:30 Final notes & Finishing
