Can I claim a refund if I can't attend.

You can claim a refund if you or we can resell your ticket. If we do not have numbers for the spa or, if it has to be cancelled due to bad weather, this will be refunded or reimbursed on the day.

How accessible is the location?

Regrettably the location isn't suitable for wheelchairs. Both workshops can be undertaken seated on chairs but the access to the forest spa requires a 20 minute walk on a rough track.

For the morning qigong session you don't need anything. In the afternoon, you should bring a yoga mat and blanket. If pre-ordered we will supply a personalised notebook but you can bring your own if you have one. Bring your own swimming clothes and towels for the spa.
