Event Details

A drop in about dropping off (the mortal coil, that is).

Comeand chat with Deb of Oakhaven Hospice and local teacher, artist & musician Chris about the ups and downs of Death and Dying.

There will be a real cardboard coffin to decorate colourfully and crafty doings for all ages as you reflect on how you might plan your own or someones Fabulous Funeral.

Deathly Books, Leaflets and People available for guidance and advice or sharing your experiences

Dying Matters awareness week promotes openness and communication to support changing knowledge, attitudes and behaviours around death and dying.  It aims to encourage a greater willingness to engage on death and bereavement issues.

Check out the Day of the Dead event Sat Nov 3rd 2012 at Minstead Study Centre.

Altogether a 'Dead Good' way to spend an afternoon :)
