This is an intermediate workshop, for which some fermentation experience is recommended. We will explore different preserving and fermentation techniques to broaden your repertoire of how to make the most of seasonal vegetables. Our creations will include Japanese nukka pickles and tsukemonos, and a variety of Indian preserves and achars.
