Overview
Beyond the basics we now explore further our understanding and support stratergies that can help both individuals and family members create a safe enviroment, whilst considering family dynamics and complexities of living in a neurodivergent household, especially when eveyone has their own individual needs.
Our first session touched on the red flags of burnout and crisis. Viv will be bringing in her expertise in this area and explore ways of helping support the family.
When times are tough and our children need deep rest and connection, we will explore prioritizing and compromosing, ballancing safety and challenge and how we need to do things differenyly to survive. Advocating for our children but also the reality of parental burnout and the importance of self care.
