Come and join us 10am - 1pm for coffee/tea and cake, where you can connect with a wide variety of organisations involved in Death, Dying and Bereavemnt.

The event is part of Dying Matters Week, and we will be joined by Mayor of Croydon, Cllr Toni Letts at 10.30am.

Briony Sloper, Deputy Director of Nursing & Quality

London Ambulance Service NHS Trust

"The role of the LAS in supporting quality end of life care’

This will be an informative talk that will empower the community in this important link in Dying with Dignity.

Come and find out how to protect yours or your loved ones wishes.

Talks not be to missed.

Our aim is to to engage with as many people as possible, encouraging them to make plans for their future care, talk about their end of life preferences and helping them to understand the choices available to make their end of life experiences better, both for themselves and their loved ones.
