Farmers are struggling to keep their businesses viable and we are facing ecological collapse.Food is cheaper than ever before and yet many in our society cannot afford to maintain even a basically healthy diet. Consumption of UPFs continues to rise and there is a leadership vacuum in terms of the national diet.
