The Culinary Explorers present 'A FEAST Of AUTUMN'
A supper club which celebrates our local season in all its glory.
Join us for six courses with matching drinks and communal activities which pay tribute to autumn. Make friends, learn a skill or two and enjoy some of the most delicious food Milton Keynes has to offer.
The journey of the Culinary Explorers begins on the 26th October at 7pm at York House.
1 Beetroot and goats cheese pickled blackberries
2 Roasted vegetable soup
3 Wild mushroom arrancini with lemon creme fraiche and tomato sauce
4 Venison and smoked bacon pie in pumpkin case with pastry lid and spinach bed OR
4 Stuffed squash with Autumn flavours With spinach bed
5 Toffee apple creme brûlée
6 Local cheese Served with local bread/crackers
Ingredients are sustainably and locally sourced. Tickets for the event are £40 and include all food, drink and activities.
