Welcome to A Festival of Stitch! Join us on Sat May 31, 2025 at Brookfield Hall for a day filled with all things stitching.

With three fascinating speakers, Jennifer Collier, Catherine Hill and Diana Morrison, each with their own unique style of textile art, there's something for everyone at this event.

Come and be inspired, browse through a variety of fabrics and threads at our vendor stalls and connect with fellow stitching enthusiasts. There's plenty to inspire and delight.

There's a great lunch, tea and coffee and Ice-cream too!

Is the venue fully accessible?

Yes, it is. However, if you have particular requirements, please let us know, by emailing us at boltonstitch@gmail.com, so we can make sure you get the most out of the day.

Will the food be suitable for me?

We'll have food options for vegetarians, vegans and people who are intolerant of gluten, but if you have a particular requirement or allergy, please let us know, by emailing us at boltonstitch@gmail.com, at least two weeks before the event, so we can ensure you're catered for.

Can young people attend?

Interested people under 18 are welcome to attend the event, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Unfortunately, we're not able to offer a discounted rate for young people.

Do I have to be a member of a stitching group to come along?

No! The event is organised by Bolton Stitch and Textile Group but everyone is welcome. We'd love to see you.

We wanted the opportunity to spend time with anyone who shares our enthusiasm for stitch. We've lined up a whole day with some great speakers, demonstrations, shopping, good food and great company.
