A uniquely atmospheric outdoor dinner showcasing the art of fireside cooking, summer feasting, and a candlelit celebration of the season.
Nestled behind the nurseries, the gardens come to life in the soft light of golden hour, with trailing roses, wild borders and the gentle scent of summer in the air. As the sun begins to set, you will be welcomed by seasonal cocktails curated by the team, before gathering at the long banquet table for an immersive experience.
An exquisite fire-to-table four-course dinner will unfold, cooked by Gherardo Gaetani, also known as @Baru, and Executive Chefs at Petersham Nurseries.
The evening menu will be cooked entirely over fire, a celebration of the season’s finest ingredients, infused with smoke and flame. As evening turns to night, flickering candlelight and the glow of the open fire will create a warm setting for the rest of the evening. As the feast ends, guests will gather by the pool to enjoy a final drink beneath the night sky.
With live acoustic music and the beauty of the surroundings, this is an opportunity to slow down and savour the evening in true Petersham style.
