A Forgotten Landscape Wild Walk with Steve England
Join us for a family-friendly wild walk around Oldbury and the River Severn with local naturalist Steve England. Discover what might be lurking in the undergrowth and the hedgerows, who's roosting overhead, and how to forage for your own food! This is guaranteed to be a fun-filled and eye-opening expedition for all the family.
Steve is a multi-award winning conservation educator who specialises in wildlife, geology, history, and woodcraft skills. He also writes the weekly column 'England's Glory' for the Bristol Post.
Please bring sensible outdoor boots, clothing (a raincoat or sun hat/sunscreen depending on the weather), and water. No dogs except guide dogs. Please be aware this route includes some stiles, gates, and muddy ground. All children to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
