A Frame of Mind: An Immersive Journey of Personal Growth Through the Lens of Photography
Hosted by The House of Wellness
Join us for a first-of-its-kind wellbeing workshop set aboard the unique Tereza Joanne boat at the Royal Docks, London, with breathtaking views of the London skyline (as seen above). This will not just be a workshop, it will be an immersive 3-hour experience that begins even before you step aboard.
About the Workshop
In the week leading up to the event, you will be invited to complete a short personal strengths reflection exercise and begin a mindful photography practice, capturing images of things that resonate with you - whether through walks in nature, moments of reflection, or anything that sparks connection.
On the day, we will come together in a supportive, creative space where you will:
- Reflect on your personal strengths and discover new insights about yourself
- Use smartphone photography as a tool for personal growth and creativity
- Experience the wellbeing benefits of mindful noticing and reflection
- Share inspiration and ideas in a welcoming, encouraging environment
What You Will Need to Bring on the Day
- Your completed strengths reflection (instructions will be provided when you register)
- Your smartphone (fully charged)
- An open mind and a willingness to explore
Important Information
We are offering an introductory price of £45 for the workshop. Spaces will be limited to keep the experience personal and meaningful.
The workshop will be on Friday 26th September from 10am-1pm. The venue is around a 5 minute walk from Gallions Reach DLR (Docklands Light Railway) and free parking is available in a large car park adacent to the vessel.
We cannot wait to welcome you aboard the Tereza Joanne for this unique journey of creativity, reflection and personal growth.
