Event description

Description

An exclusive CPD event for school and college leaders, careers specialists and work experience co-ordinators

This seminar will pinpoint the 5 key components of an outstanding work-related learning and CEIAG programme:

  1. Strategy: The planning required to deliver your provision, as well as the ways you will measure success

  2. Employer engagement: The people and organisations that will support your programme. This will include employers, experts and local community

  3. Employability skills activity: The in-class and extra-curricular activity that students will participate in to develop their work skills

  4. Work experience: The workplace experience your students participate in via placements, shadowing and insight days

  5. Evaluation of impact: The identification and collation of the progress your students have made and collating this to meet Ofsted judgements

For each of these components, we will provide a number of activities that you can use to ensure 'Outstanding Work-Related Learning' in your organisation. You will also receive 40 essential resources and self-assessment evaluation tools.

The fee for this seminar is just £145 per delegate, and you can bring a colleague for free if you book using this form!
