A fresh start to 2017! A half day workshop aimed to recharge and balance yourself for the year ahead.
Join Nicola Howarth and nutritional therapist Kathleen Farren for a morning focused on pilates and nutrition. A chance to cleanse your body and mind. We will explore how winter effects our moods, learn what certain foods can help, and set good food habits for the year ahead.
The morning will start off with an energising pilates class (for all levels). After a healthy, light brunch Kathleen will give a talk on keeping well through the winter months, tips on making better food choices to boost your energy and make you feel better about yourself, physically and emotionally. The morning will finish with a relaxing, stretching session and meditation.
