New to our training schedule, this day offers the chance to engage on a deeper and more practical level with knowledge and ideas for the implementation of the new SIAMS framework. A great chance to connect with Church School Colleagues and including some time to plan ideas and actions for your school
Outcomes
- Explore the NEW SIAMS framework and what is the same and different from previous schedules
- Identify ways in which school's vision can under pin all SIAMS work and the life of a CofE School
- Explore a definition of spirituality for your school and ways spiritual development can be embedded across your curriculum and community
- Understand all SIAMS Inspection processes (before, during and after the Inspection day)
- Understand and begin processes of self-evaluation suggested for schools
- Create an action plan and select some ideas for implementation in your school
