No! Come as you are and allow yourself to surrender into a deep relaxation and enjoy the journey.

Yes, please bring a mat or something to lit down on. The church is old and the floor can get chilly. Please bring a blanket, pillow and wear something cosy and warm and bring a pair of socks. A small blanket and eye mask are provided. Take away herbal teas are available after class

Please seek medical advice for any health conditions that you think may affect the practice. For example early pregnancy, pace maker, epilepsy or moderate- severe mental health or addiction disorders.

Please arrive 10 mins before the session begins to get settled (6:50pm). The door will be locked at 7:05pm so that the session doesn't run over time therefore, late comers cannot be permitted after this time as it disturbs the class. Thank you for your understanding and consideration in advance.
