Qigong means working with the chi energy. So movement together with breath and awareness directs the energy in our bodies to circulate and so brings about an energised state coupled with a meditative stillness.
A restorative, nourishing and enjoyable session. No prior experience is needed, all welcome.
Lynn has been practising tai chi and qigong for over 40 years.
