This 3-hour workshop is your invitation to step back from the rush of life, reflect on the nine months of the year that have passed, and gently set intentions for the three months ahead.

Your facilitator, Alice Bassett, will use simple visualisation tools to create a personal roadmap that supports you in finishing the year with clarity, calm and renewed focus. You will be able to take this home with you and allow it to serve as an anchor to guide you for the rest of the year.

This is not about hustle or striving; we do enough of that in daily life. It’s about making space for what matters most, and giving yourself the gift of reflection, clarity and intention.


In this workshop, you’ll:

  • Reflect on the year so far - what’s felt meaningful, what shifted, and what you want to carry forward
  • Explore simple visual tools for self-reflection and intention-setting
  • Design a supportive roadmap for the final three months of the year


You’ll walk away with:

  • A clear, personal end-of-year roadmap (physical copy)
  • Gentle, practical tools you can return to anytime

  • Reflection and visual expression materials (bring your journal if you’d like) but other equipment will be provided

Who Is Your Facilitator?

Alice is an Australian living in Stuttgart who helps young professional and entrepreneurial women pause, reflect, organise their thoughts/feelings, and move forward with clarity and courage. Her work blends 20 years of advertising and corporate brand/marketing leadership with her proprietary self-reflection and intention-setting tool, The Continuum Process, alongside her 150-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Breathwork and Meditation, and the lessons learned from walking the Camino de Santiago seven times. Drawing on her lived experiences of navigating change, transition, and mental health challenges, Alice shares practical tools and gentle practices from an open, authentic, and heart-led perspective.
