Our gentle yoga class is suitable for every ability, so if its your first time, or you're a seasoned yogi, come down for the perfect start to your week.

We recommend you bring your own mat, wear some comfortable clothing and have some water with you.

After the class we welcome you to stay and enjoy a cuppa and chat with us.
