Looking for a relaxed and friendly group where you can connect with other parents and enjoy special one-to-one time with your baby? Our free 8-week programme offers just that, right in your local area.

Each week, we gently introduce baby massage by focusing on different parts of the body. This gradual approach helps babies feel comfortable and avoids overwhelming them. We begin with baby massage for 5 weeks, then move on to helpful sessions on weaning, brain development, and play.

The groups are small and welcoming, led by our experienced trainers who are there to support you and make sure you get the most from each session.

Important Information:

Your baby should have had their 6–8 week GP check before starting the course. This helps us ensure the sessions are safe and suitable for your baby’s needs.
The course is free, though a small donation for massage oil and materials is appreciated.
Please bring a towel or blanket, a spare nappy, and some water for yourself.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
