If you think this workshop is all about studying the science of the nervous system - think again! Whilst it will provide you with a deeper understanding of how your brain works, it's more about how individuals 'think' differently and, subsequently, how this impacts on mind-sets in the workplace. We’ll look at the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace and end the myth that mind-set cannot be changed. Open to all grades in the Civil Service.
