A Healing Mothers Circle

This is a safe, welcoming space where you can come as you are, be yourself, and take a mindful moment away from the busyness of life. Life can be messy, and remembering our soul purpose can sometimes feel elusive. Taking intentional time out is vital for your well-being and your inner clarity.

📍 Leam Therapy and Fitness Centre

The experience will include a calming crystal sound bath delivered by Claire from Natural Elixir, followed by a warm drink and snack. Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own, along with blankets and cushions for extra comfort. We’ll also have journaling at the end—your chance to capture your thoughts and reflections on paper.

This is just the beginning! We plan to hold more Mother Circles, creating a nurturing space for connection, growth, and self-care.
