'Emotional & Mental Health in The Age of the Virus' Seminar Series

First Edition: A Huddle with Caroline Webb, hosted by Psychotherapist Chris Cherry

Join the founder of McKinsey's Leadership practice, best-selling author and economist, Caroline Webb, in conversation with You Okay, Doc? Psychotherapist, Chris Cherry, about resilience in the age of the virus - using recent findings across neuroscience, psychology and behavioural economics to understand 'how to have a good day' even in the face of adversity.

Building on Caroline's recommendation in her best-selling book 'How To Have A Good Day' and her experiences leading McKinsey's work in Healthcare & Leadership Development during her 12 years as partner there, Caroline and Chris explore how our brains function in high stress environments, why we make the decisions we do and practical advice for operating at our best, even during adversity.

After a discussion between Chris & Caroline, Caroline will be answering questions from webinar attendees. Please email info@youokaydoc.org.uk with yours.
