Join Silver Linings Retreat for a restorative morning that will energise your body and mind. Sound Meditation expert Tallulah Rendall will guide you through a 30-minute gentle Qi Gong warm-up, aimed at stimulating blood flow and revitalising the body, before taking you on a one-hour sound journey. Combining Yoga Nidra guided meditation with Sound Healing, Tallulah will weave her voice with the playing of Himalayan singing bowls, guitar and shamanic percussion for a relaxing start to your Saturday.

About Tallulah Rendall

Tallulah Rendall is a Qi Gong Teacher, Sound Therapist, Creative Facilitator and Singer Songwriter. Her sound baths are unique in terms of the incredible beauty of her singing voice combined with her mastered playing of gongs, singing bowls and guitar. She has been studying sound and its healing qualities for over 20 years. Ten years ago, she began her exploration into Qi Gong and Chinese Medicine. She now weaves these two traditions together to offer a space of powerful transformation.
