A Journey Towards: Linocut workshop

Come join us for a relaxed evening of lino cutting as part of the 'Gordon Shaw: A Journey Towards' exhibition.

We will cover the basics of how to use the tools, differernt types of lino and how to translate a design before you will have a go at creating your own small design to be printed on fabric or paper.

No previous experience is neccessary and all tools & materials will be provided!

If you'd like to have a think about your design in advance we will be working on pieces roughly 10.5x15cm. Feel free to bring a reference image, use your imagination on the day or take inspiration from the artworks exhibited in the space.
