A Jubilee Celebration
Event Information
About this event
With over 1000 years combined service, the former musicians of The Household Division reunite, one more time, for a very special celebration concert.
Having previously served Queen and Country in uniform, they return to The Guards Chapel to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee, in an outstanding musical tribute to Her Majesty The Queen.
Conducted by Lieutenant Colonel Stuart Watts (Blues and Royals, Grenadier and Welsh Guards), Major David Marshall (Coldstream Guards), and Major David Hammond (Household Cavalry), the reunited band will perform some of the most iconic music associated to Her Majesty and the Division including; Royal Celebration, Jubilee Overture, Oklahoma, Orb and Sceptre, The Auxiliary Territorial Service March and the most appropriate of military marches for such a special occasion, When The Guards Are On Parade.
The tickets are free, so please register your interest now to avoid disappointment. Seating is unallocated and the chapel will be open from 5:30pm for admission.
We look forward to seeing you there and spending an evening in the presence of some of the finest musicians to serve this great nation.
