Come discovering the secret of longevity, join us for a very special Sardinian night experiencing food, wine and music from the healthiest island of the world.
Sardinians’ diet is particularly rich in proteins and a glass of wine is considered indispensable in Sardinian culture, along with a chunk of sheep’s cheese or goat’s ricotta. Agriculture plays a very important role here and grapes are present mostly in the hilly areas.
The Guardian documented at least 371 of Sardinia’s current population have reached the 100 years mark, a corresponding ratio 20 times greater than in the United States.
