What it is and who it is for
The workshop is based on the popular sustainability toolkit ‘A Lasting Difference’, exploring the four core capabilities of sustainability: Income Generation; Innovation and Improvement; Involvement; and Impact
Measurement. It is particularly suitable for organisational and project managers and those in development roles. To get the most out of the event, participants will be asked to download and use the toolkit in advance.
This specially tailored workshop aims to help participants:
- Understand sustainability – what does it mean and how can it be achieved?
- Be better able to plan for and improve sustainability, through straightforward definitions and practical tools.
- Develop ideas and action plans among supportive peers.
