Severnvale Education, in partnership with Track Record Coaching, has established an A-level preparation course that incorporates innovative performance techniques used by elite professionals in sport and business.

Our first workshop, “A-Levels: How to prepare and succeed like an Olympian”, will be delivered in two parallel sessions: (1) for students; and (2) for parents and teachers.

Core areas we will cover from the perspective of the student, teacher or parent include:

• Exam skills – the importance of wellbeing, attitude and behaviour in the context of exam preparation;
• Building confidence, resilience and trust – understanding the role these elements play in ensuring success;
• Preparation, recovery and adaptation – how to transfer learning beyond education to general life;
• Support – optimising the role that teachers and parents can play.
