The film chronicles the remarkable journey of Dr. Iain Douglas-Hamilton, the world's foremost elephant scientist, whose groundbreaking research and conservation efforts have shaped our understanding of these magnificent creatures for over six decades. Following successful screenings across the UK, Europe, and various U.S. cities, the documentary has garnered rave reviews and multiple award nominations. The film has now won the DCEFF Flo Stone & Roger D. Stone Award for Outstanding Artistry in Filmmaking for 2025.
Join Iain's daughter Saba Douglas-Hamilton, CEO Frank Pope, Coexistence Director Dr. Lucy King, and members of the Save the Elephants team for a feature presentation after the screening. Doors open at 6:30pm and the screening will start at 7:00pm.
