We live in a World full of data and organisations which can use their People Data effectively can engineer considerable advantage, improving recruitment and retention and fully using all their employees’ talents. It seems for some HR people that our uncertainty with numbers and statistics acts as a barrier to using Analytics so this event has been designed to use them in an understandable way. You can also drive the evenings content through our pre-event survey.
The CIPD Surrey & Hampshire is delighted to invite you to a light introduction to people analytics with Max Blumberg, PhD, founder of the Blumberg Partnership and analytics advisor to the CIPD. Although Max consults to large corporates, he has also run a number of smaller start-ups himself. As such, Max will present what is often considered to be a “mysterious” subject in a way that is accessible to everyone from businesses large and small.
To ensure that we address topics of interest to you our members, we’ll be sending out a short questionnaire where you can choose or suggest specific topics that you’d like Max to cover or you can use the link below.
We hope you will leave able to use employee data more effectively, build your analytic skills and be able to move from reporting to predictive use of data. The information you need is already in your business waiting to be tapped.
