Event description

Description

You’ve got a website but to be honest you can’t keep up with all this online stuff: directories, SEO, Twitter this and Facebook that, what the hell is a meta tag and how on God’s green earth are you going to find the time to cram anything else into your working week?! You know your competition is doing better than you are at it but where should you start? Right here.

In association with the FSB, My Mustard is running a hands on, plain speaking workshop for SMEs where we talk you through the options and opportunities for your online strategy.

  • Why Google is the only real game in town
  • SEO in plain English that anyone can understand
  • Free tools that you really need to know about
  • Your website is your voice online, what is it saying?
  • The impact you can make on and off the page for free
  • Social media – why you must join the conversation
  • Analytics: it’s all a waste of time if you don’t measure it

Join us at Basepoint, Luton on Thursday 19th April from 9.30am to 12.30pm. Your workshop will be hosted by June Cory, owner of My Mustard – one of the first companies in the UK to be awarded Google Premier Partner status.

With a wealth of knowledge and proven track record spanning thirty years in media management & training, June is passionate about her work, a creative thinker, highly enthusiastic networker and a useful strategic partner.

A highly enthusiastic on and offline networker, June is the Vice President of the St Albans and District Chamber of Commerce, hosts the monthly A Little Bit Of Networking group, is a regular judge at the SME Awards across the home counties and talks about All Things Google at various forums across the region. She attributes her success to hard work, a ready smile and surrounding herself with people with different skills but the same values.

She drinks a lot of coffee and is attempting to set a new land speed record for talking.
