Event description

Description

The magical and uplifting children’s classic A Little Princess is a sheer delight. Based on Frances Hodgson Burnett’s beloved novel, Alfonso Cuarón’s (Roma, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban) irresistible adaptation sprinkles childlike wonder throughout the story of privileged Sara Crewe (Liesel Matthews). Despite her wealth, Sara is a kind friend to all and a great storyteller. She lives lavishly at Miss Minchin’s boarding school, but when the army announce Sara’s father has passed away, the greedy headmistress (Eleanor Bron) sends her newly penniless pupil to the attic, to work as a servant. Can the girls come together with the power of Sara’s vivid imagination to overcome Miss Minchin’s cruelty? An enchanting and heart-warming film for all the family.

Adults accompanying children go free. All tickets come with a bag of popcorn!
