Is there parking at the distillery?

Accepted Answer

There is a limited amount of parking at the distillery. Should you require a parking space, you must pre-book - tickets are available on Eventbrite. We are unable to accommodate parking that is not booked ahead of time.

Question 2

What happens if it is bad weather?

Accepted Answer

If it is bad weather on the day, we regret that may not be able to run the White Rabbit Trail in the Gardens, and we will instead hand out the Easter chocolates in our distillery Tasting Bar. All other activities will run as normal.

Question 3

Are all the activities suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

All of the Easter activities are suitable for under-18s. Distillery tours are 18-plus only and tickets are sold separately to the tickets for the Easter event. Tickets for the distillery tour can be puchased at https://raer.co.uk/tours-tasting-experience/

Question 4

What is the difference between an adult and child ticket?

Accepted Answer

Each adult ticket includes a sample of RAER Original Whisky or Jackton Original Gin at the completion of the White Rabbit Trail. For this reason, Adult tickets are strictly for over 18s only, and Child tickets are for any person under the age of 18.

Question 5

Do we need to bring ID?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we operate a Challenge 25 policy and we will require Adult ticket holders to provide photo ID as proof of age to claim their RAER Original Whisky or Jackton Original Gin. We accept passports, UK or Eu drivers licenses, or PASS cards. We do not accept digital ID or student ID as proof of age.
