About Mariette

Published Author and Speaker, Mariette Richardson is the founder of The SpeakUp Accelerator, a global coaching service based in the UK.

Her first book, Free the Hidden Speaker Inside, was a finalist in the Business Book Awards 2021. Her second book, She Speaks Like A Leader, was launched in November 2023. Business Insider wrote: “She Speaks Like a Leader empowers women to take pride in their voice, their position and their identity in the workplace. About Michelle

Michelle Passfield is a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) professional, with her career in business development, marketing planning, strategy and communications spanning nearly three decades.

Michelle launched her Southend-based marketing business, withMichelle in 2019, providing clients with clarity on the marketing they should be doing. This includes writing marketing plans and providing marketing planning and strategy advice and training for small business owners.

Michelle’s extensive experience includes hosting professional networking and corporate hospitality events for CEOs, senior level managers and business leaders. Plus, she hosts Southend-based business and community events that provide unique opportunities to connect people and build relationships. In 2023 Michelle became a member of the Focal Point Gallery Advisory Group, based in Southend-on-Sea.
