I support anyone who wants to better themselves, so sometimes I provide free training and information.

Will there be a hard sell at the end?

No, however, I will mention my business and a course called Empowered M!ndset Shift: For Study and Exam Success.

Is this event for adults, parents and teens?

Yes. It's for anyone who wants to know more about procrastination.

Will I be bored with PowerPoint slides?

I hope not! I will have a few PowerPoint slides, but I prefer to discuss studying and procrastination, as I like to make my training interactive.

So will I need to speak during the session.

No, not unless you want to at the end. I will ask for comments in the chatbox.

My business, Awaken the Change, is based in the UK, but I help people worldwide through online sessions and training.

Why are you speaking about this subject?

I consider myself a lifelong learner. I have studied a lot. I have struggled many times and learnt many ways to overcome the difficulties. I am also trained as a psychologist, counsellor, hypnotherapist, and coach. I teach a lot.
