Description

A Workshop designed for people who may be suffering from Anxiety. I will cover what Anxiety is Psychologically and Physically, what you can do to prevent/decrease it and how you can use your imagination in a positive way to create a better reality. In the Workshop you will learn about your emotional needs and how to make sure they are met in balance so you can be equipped to deal with any Anxiety. Having a mindful approach is key to practising and applying your newfound coping mechanisms. I hope to empower attendees with knowledge based on neuroscience. The more you understand about anxiety, the easier it is to manage it.
